NEST is a fully volunteer-run organization.  Volunteers are not paid. No one receives a salary. We are a non-profit 501(c)3, under the League of Wilderness Defenders.

Generous donations, by both businesses and private individuals, are essentially valuable to the work that we do. Maintaining a summer-long survey camp is expensive –  in terms of maintenance, gear, transportation, and other expenses. Storage costs also accumulate, during the off season.

NEST is always accepting donations of gear, camping equipment, food, and cash.

To donate funds, please contact us at : .  NEST has non-profit status, and we will happily give receipts for all donations received.
